Pandolux LLC is a retail company registered in New Jersey that sells kitchen tools to home cooks across the United States. We buy our own stock, keep it in one warehouse, and ship it ourselves. There is no third-party seller standing behind any listing on this site.

Everything on this website is bought, stored and shipped by one company. When you order a cutting board from us, the board is already sitting on a shelf in Branchburg, New Jersey, and the person who packs it works for the same business whose name is on the invoice. That is an unusual arrangement in 2026, and it is the whole reason the catalog stays small.
We sell about three hundred items at any one time. We could list ten times that by drop-shipping, but then nobody here would be able to tell you how thick the board is, whether the handle is riveted, or how the finish holds up after a year of hand washing. We would rather answer those questions honestly about three hundred products than guess about three thousand.
What we stock
Three hundred items across six departments: cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing and prep, food storage, dinnerware and kitchen linens. Almost everything sits between $15 and $80 - the range where a home cook is choosing on durability rather than prestige.
We do not carry appliances, full cookware sets, or anything that needs a power outlet. Those categories reward brand names and long warranties, and they are not what we are good at. Our buying is narrower and duller: the tools that live in the drawer beside the stove and come out every single day. Every product page is written and measured by a person, with real dimensions, real materials and real weights rather than whatever the manufacturer's sheet claimed.
How we sell
Checkout is guest-only. There is no account to create and no password to forget. We do not collect payment details on this website at any point - once an order is placed we send a secure payment link handled by an outside payment processor, and your payment details go there, never here.
Shipping is free on merchandise subtotals over $49. Returns run thirty days. Both policies are written out in full on their own pages rather than summarized into a sentence that turns out to have exceptions. If something is wrong with an order, one email address reaches the people who packed it, and it is answered within one business day.
