For a problem with an order, tell us the order number, which item is affected, and what went wrong. A photograph helps enormously for anything damaged in transit, and it means we can send a replacement or refund without asking you to package the item back up.

Phone is best for questions about a product you are still deciding on: dimensions, materials, whether two things fit together. For anything that needs a record, such as a return or a billing question, email is better for both of us.

Returns are sent to the address printed on the return instructions we email you, which may differ from the registered address - always use the one on the instructions.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered in writing. The FAQ covers payment, order changes and product care. The shipping policy covers rates, handling time, delivery windows and lost parcels. The returns and refunds policy covers conditions, timing, who pays return postage and how refunds are issued.
There is no contact form on this site. This website is a set of static pages with no server behind it to receive form submissions, so a form would either be broken or dishonest. Email and phone are the two real channels, and both are read by the same small team.
