This policy explains what Pandolux LLC collects when you use pandolux-llc.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address and phone number if you give one. That is the minimum needed to pack a parcel, hand it to a carrier and tell you where it is. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence so the next person who reads your email knows what was already said.

We do not collect payment details. There is no field anywhere on this website that asks for payment credentials or billing details of any kind. Payment is handled entirely by an outside processor through a secure link we email after the order is placed, and we never see, receive or store card details.

What stays in your browser

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser using local storage, not on a server. It never leaves your device until you place an order, and clearing your browser data clears it. The same applies to any filter or sort preference the site remembers while you browse.

There are no customer accounts, no logins and no passwords on this site, so there is no stored credential of yours for anyone to lose. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Who else sees your information

Three kinds of company handle parts of your order. Carriers - USPS and UPS - receive your name and shipping address in order to deliver the parcel. Our payment processor receives your email address and the order total in order to take payment. Our email provider carries the messages between us.

Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it and your choices

Order records are kept for seven years to meet US tax and business record-keeping requirements. Email correspondence is kept for two years. Nothing else is retained.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one business day and act within thirty days.
